Shalini Ramanathan is a VP of Development for RES Americas, a leading developer and constructor of wind projects. Ms. Ramanathan has closed more than $1B worth of deals and leads a team working on renewable power projects across six states. She previously worked for the British company CAMCO in Nairobi, Kenya and for the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), where she worked on renewable energy projects in Southern Africa and Asia. Ms. Ramanathan holds a Master's in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a BA from UT Austin's Plan II Honors program. She lives in Austin, Texas and serves as Treasurer of the non-profit Arthouse at the Jones Center.
