CCAPS researcher Todd Smith presented the program's research on climate vulnerability at the Interparliamentary Dialogue on Climate Change in Relation to Peace and Security in Africa, organized by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES). The dialogue was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and explored key dynamics of climate change and its impact on social, economic, and political environments.
