CCAPS researchers Joshua Busby and Todd Smith will present their vulnerability research at the American Political Science Association's annual meeting in New Orleans, LA. Jennifer Bussell and Adam Colligan will also present CCAPS research on the capacity of African governments to respond effectively to natural disasters.
